I have my Asus netbook one months ago to save my Macbook for heavy elements such as Photoshop Elements. I was relegated to light duty as my partner to Starbucks.

It 'a good value, but can not as a backup for my 13-inch, full-size keyboard Macbook. The difference in distance between the keys that makes the difference. There is also a quirkiness about it that makes my movements, how to change pages or e-mail in advance before I did. However, it will Hold Steady page NY Times online when I'm reading Starbucks or check my e-mail.

This is exactly what I was looking for a lightweight portable laptop / netbook. The size of the keyboard is good and easy to use. The small screen does not pose any problem for me with two fingers, I can enlarge the image or reduce it. I bring with me and connect to any WiFi spot. I may upgrade the RAM, but for now is fine. Battery life is great! I used it for hours, without loss of power, up more than 8 before charging.
I recommend this netbook and the price is right. Mantle was included and I take it with me everywhere.

I like everything about this netbook. Minor disadvantages for me is that I have big fingers, which makes it a bit 'hard on the keyboard. The other request would be a screen that is easier to see outdoors.

Common problems with the Vivitar digital camera batteries. The batteries seem to wear down faster, but if you use rechargeable batteries, you will eliminate this problem. Some software programs are also made with the Vivitar digital cameras. The problems are small and can be corrected by the manufacturer with some good advice. The other problem with making this camera is the driver for your computer is required. But many Web sites now carry the free drivers available for download. This would nota big problem because you can find the driver online. It seems that the problems are minimal with the Vivitar.
